What is novisadapartments.com?
We are not real estate agency. On www.novisadapartments.com you can book apartments in Novi Sad- Serbia.Our services are known to the people who are able to relate comfort and reasonable prices. We co-operate with several internet services and agencies at other cities and countries. As we are not a real estate agency we don’t take any additional commissions to our listed prices - agreed price is the real price you will pay to owner.
1. How can I book?
This is the standard booking process:
a) Choose the right accommodation;
b) Choose the apartment that you like most;
c) Fill in the reservation forms or send an enquiry by mail,we will respond as soon as possible and send you the booking instructions
d) Wait for our booking confirmation. Only at this stage can you consider an apartment booked.
2. How much should I pay to book an accommodation?
When you try to book a property,contact us and we will tell you the exact amount needed.
3. What kind of information do you need from me when I book an accommodation?
We need:
a) your flight details or your expected arrival time at the apartment.
On the day of your arrival you will be met at the apartment - there will be someone waiting for you when you arrive, so we need to know at what time we should wait for you in the apartment. If we know your flight details we can check whether your flight is on time or not. IF WE DO NOT KNOW YOUR EXPECTED ARRIVAL TIME,IT CAN HAPPEN THAT THERE WILL BE NO ONE WAITING FOR YOU;
b) The mobile phone that you will use in Serbia , if any. That number may be very useful to get in touch with you on the day of your arrival;
c) The number of couples and singles of your party, in order to know how we have to prepare the beds;
d) finally, any other information/need that you might think relevant for your stay.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel at any time, for any reasons, the reservation payment is forfeited.
We do not refund the reservation deposit.
5. When is a booking confirmed?
When you receive our booking confirmation by e-mail.
6. What happens if a booking is not confirmed?
We will offer you similar properties to choose from.
7. Can you accommodate large groups?
Yes, we can. Have a look at our offer or contact us by e-mail.
8. Where do I get the keys?
For most of the properties you will receive the keys in the apartment on the day of your arrival after having paid all the balance.
9. What does the rental fee include?
For most of the properties it includes VAT, taxes, gas and electricity consumption, fresh linen and towels. There are no further costs or hidden costs to consider.
10. What does the rental fee NOT include?
It does not include food, and all that it is not specified in the price, as you can find on each property web-page.
11. When should I pay the balance?
For most of the properties the balance is due on the day of your arrival in Cash in Euro.
12. Can I pay the balance by credit card or by cheque or traveller’s cheques?
Except on some rare cases the balance must be paid in CASH in Euro.
14. How can I reach the apartment?
In the booking confirmation you will find the exact address of the property.
15. Do you provide transportation from/to the airports?
Yes, we do.
16. Do you provide other side services?
Yes, we do
17. When should I book?
If you book earlier you will have a larger choice of accommodation, so we suggest you to do it as soon as you can.
18. What are your check-in and check-out times?
Unless otherwise stated, the earliest check-in time is 14:00 (2:00 p.m.) and the latest check-out time is 10:00 a.m. However, if possible, you may check-in and check-out at the time which is more convenient to you (just ask us).
19. Risks
Any valuables left at the property are left at your own risk. Neither novisadapartments.com nor the Property Owner nor our agents are responsible for their loss.
Entrance door must be always locked with key(s) when you are outside the accommodation. Where provided, safes must used and proper care taken against theft and burglary. We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or consequential losses due to theft or any other security related incident howsoever caused.
